Job Description
As our Fullstack Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Build robust and scalable software and APIs in Python and Node.js
- Routinely inspect backend code for speed optimisation.
- Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation and performing code reviews.
- Provision and monitor deployments.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Determining the structure and design of web pages.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
- Focus on rendering performance in order to ensure a superior experience for a heavy interaction platform.
- Continuously work to bolster front-end design and implementation processes in order to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate on a daily basis with a team of product manager, engineers, and UX designers to understand business requirements and user experience goals and pain points.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
- Experience with complex web applications, databases and statistics.
- 4+ years experience in ReactJs, Javascript, HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge in these technologies will be an advantage: D3 charts, SPA design pattern.
