Job Description

As a Retail Strategist, you will be a part of Omnilytics' Client Acquisition team. Your primary objective is to help our target customers who are fashion brands and retailers identify the gaps within their merchandising and buying processes, experience the value of data analytics in closing these gaps and successfully acquire them as customers of Omnilytics.

In this role, you will
  • Apply your experience and expertise in Fashion Merchandising (and/or Buying) such as conducting product reviews, OTB and range planning to identify the gaps within our target customers merchandising and buying processes
  • Demonstrate the value of Omnilytics' data and insights in closing these identified gaps by accurately matching use cases with the challenges and needs of our target customers
  • Construct and negotiate proposals that meet the expectations of our target customer and the company to ensure successful acquisition of customer
  • Work together with the Client Success team for any and all matters specific to ensuring our customers are successful with Omnilytics
  • Post-acquisition, you will be continuously building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our customers
  • Work with the Product team by providing product feedback and identify improvements or new features for the Omnilytics' data analytics and insights platform by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

  • Personable and great communicator. You are personable and good at building constructive relationships. You enjoy meeting new people and have no problem getting along with others.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the Fashion Merchandising and/or Buying or any other related fields such as Brand Management
  • Possess a strong retail business mindset
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to meet prospects and customers
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales is a major plus
