About The Job

You will be a part of our Marketing team with the following responsibilities:

  • Conceptualising and establishing event requirements, target audience and objectives;
  • Preparing project plans, event budget and ensuring adherence to the budget limit with proper documentation and tracking;
  • Being the project owner for events and be responsible for delegating and overseeing tasks within the event planning committee, as well as executing tasks as per the event’s project plan;
  • Managing event communication within the internal and external stakeholders;
  • Liaising and negotiating with vendors and sponsors as well as managing event-related procurement;
  • Produce post-event evaluations and conduct post mortem to identify areas of improvement for future events;
  • Working alongside the Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing strategies which include paid ads, SEO, email marketing and social media;
  • Using data and analytics to develop new marketing initiatives and strengthen conversion and engagement; and
  • Assist in any other marketing-related tasks.

Job Requirements

You'll be a good fit for this role if you possess the following traits:

  • Superior Organisational Skills. You are able to plan and exercise conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
  • Creative and Innovative. You are the kind of person who always thinks out-of-the-box. This means that problems and challenges are not an issue for you, as you have an innate ability to resolve them creatively.
  • Keen Eye for Details. You always delve into things and look at minute details as you know it is the small things that matter. Your keen sense of observation will prevent small things from blowing up and turning into big issues.
  • Personable. You are personable and good at building constructive relationships. You enjoy meeting new people and have no problem getting along with others.


  • 2 to 4 years of related experience.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experienced in Events Management.
  • Experienced in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics is a plus.
