About The Job

You will join our highly energetic Client Success team and you will play an integral part in our mission to help fashion businesses make better data-driven decisions. You achieve this by:

  • Shadowing and participating in client interactions and calls to support Client Success Managers while developing the art of communicating and partnering with our clients
  • Create, publish and manage product and/or customer content on our Support Centre and other distribution platforms
  • Participate in project management and implementation of various Client Success initiatives such as customer events, customer feedback programs, internal process improvements etc.
  • Provide meaningful input through analysis, reporting, or other performance metrics and dashboards

Job Requirements

  • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months of internship
  • Able to speak and write Bahasa Indonesia fluently
  • Good English proficiency
  • Previous internship/work experience in a fast-paced technology startup environment is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for problem-solving while working collaboratively in a team environment and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisational, time management and analytical skills and the ability to prioritise urgent matters
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Comfortable with using technology, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiently skilled with Microsoft Word and Excel
