Job Description

- Prepare invoicing and cost reconciliations
- Liaise with clients on collections and vendors for invoices
- Responsible for day-to-day process of various accounts operations
- Prepare monthly /ad hoc direct client’s ad spend report
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Finance or Accountancy or part-time pursuing Professional Degree in Finance
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ relevant working experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Office application especially Excel
- Must possess good communication & interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Keen to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Ability to start at short notice is preferred.
