Job Description

  • Operations Streamlining | Strategize and streamline submission processes and membership registration processes
  • Key Performance Index (KPI) | Ensure all KPI on membership and projects listings are met.
  • Stakeholder Management | Foster and retain relationships with clients.
  • Process and SOP documentation | Ensuring smooth transitions between talents and minimizing transitional timespan by documenting methodologies and guidelines for new and current staff.
  • Project Management | Suggest and outline project scope, develop, deploy, and integrate seamlessly with the various departments involved in aforementioned projects.
  • Budget Allocation and Monitoring | Utilize budget allocated without compromising KPI
  • Product/Technology Development | Provide key developmental features in main product/technology to ensure clients’ expectations are met. 
  • Talent Procurement and internship training | Procure talents via business networks and manage interns under your relevant division.
  • Department Alignment | Align department objectives and processes with other departments such as IT development and marketing.
  • Host Virtual Preview sessions with stakeholders | Ensure timely conversions and virtual preview sessions on mypintu.co


Job Requirements

  1. Required a proficient level of: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese to communicate with our Malaysian merchants.
  2. Dressing appropriately in office and especially while meeting clients.
  3. Adhering to all guidelines provided from the division of Human Resources.
  4. Experienced in managing softwares such as Google (and all its other components), Microsoft Office and various CRM and database management systems.
  5. Able to streamline all tasks given by supervisors and ensure the processes involved are documented in writing by email.
  6. Able to think and act independently with minimal supervision, prioritize and multitask, escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary and adapt to changes.
  7. Theoretical knowledge and experience in any or multiple of these domains: Corporate Communication, Public Relation, Retail, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Banking, Capital Markets, Property Industry, Logistic Infrastructure etc
  8. Possess an inherent ability to effectively communicate, critical thinking, negotiate, analyse and organize.
  9. While motivation is necessary to ensure high productivity within the organization, personal discipline is irrefutably essential. We can’t multiply any number with 0 and expect an outcome.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or other related field required.
