About The Job

Our Logistics Operations team works with local and regional partners to offer a reliable delivery service in addition to our core solution. Logistics contributes to the ecosystem of our all-in-one solution for F&B restaurant partners, driving their business and success.

You will be part of a regional team working with our logistics partners to support our restaurant partners in Malaysia and/or Singapore. If you take pride in delivering that top-notch customer service, this role is for you.

What you will do
  • Coordinate with our logistics partners to manage the deliveries for our merchants who are restaurants, advise merchants whenever necessary
  • Assist merchants in delivery amendments and cancellations
  • Provide merchants with the delivery-related product support
  • Resolve delivery incidents in a professional manner following guideline and compensation policy
  • Work closely with the Finance team to resolve billing disputes
  • Champion any other relevant feedback that might arise to internal teams to improve our process and service
  • Working locations can be flexible, able to work remotely on weekends and when necessary

  • You can excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • You have strong computer skills, tech-savvy and are able to manoeuvre around technical systems
  • You are organised and have strong attention to detail
  • You are open-minded and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • You are able to work on weekends/public holiday and in shifts, weekend/PH rates apply
