About The Job

Account Management is one of the key functions to drive growth for our business. The team aims to establish strong relationships with clientele in the F&B industry and maximize their GMV growth on Oddle platform.

As our Client Account Manager, you will play one of the most integral aspects of Oddle's vision - bringing value through growth and brand recognition for our rapidly growing clientele. You will also be an ambassador of our goal to build a sustainable F&B ecosystem in Singapore. Through your expertise in our solutions, you will provide the bridge between Oddle and our clientele, driving relationships that will influence internal business strategies and provide the catalyst for Oddle's expansion.

What you will do:
  • Coordinate with merchants and Onboarding team throughout the onboarding and go-live process to ensure merchants are live according to the timeline.
  • Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop GMV growth strategies.
  • Develop and pitch for new marketing budget from merchants to achieve goals set.
  • Consult Marketing team in identifying key opportunities for merchant's GMV growth. Engage with the internal Marketing team or external agencies and liaise with merchants to execute marketing strategies.
  • Track, monitor and report on merchants performance, coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the company's goals and merchant personas are met
  • Assist merchants in day-to-day operational queries.
  • Periodically review sales strategies, keep abreast of internal product offerings and knowledge as well as those of competitors.

Job Requirements

Who we're looking for:
  • Possess at least 2 years of business development/sales/client account management experience with a proven track record of success in the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships is your forte
  • Strong analytical thinking, metrics-driven and confident with data-driven decision making
  • Proactive in taking initiatives and self-motivated, hungry for success
  • Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment
  • Possess a good attitude towards learning and improving
  • Malaysian applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market
