Oddle is a Singapore-based startup that provides a smart online ordering system which enables F&B business owners to manage their own take-away orders and grow their business. Since our platform launched in 2014, Oddle is heating up the food delivery space, with over USD16 million worth of orders transacted!

We offer a cloud-based, e-commerce and orders management solution which caters specifically to the operations of F&B businesses. Our solution is a unified, all-in-one online ordering system which funnels all orders to designated restaurants

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our ever-growing team in KL. We invite you to join us on this journey to realize our ambition, as well as exploring your potential!


What you will do:
Finance & Accounting
  • Handling day-to-day financial and accounting matters and assist in the monthly accounts closing and reporting
  • Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL)
  • Manage day to day accounts operations
  • Support payroll processing (Claims, Commission, (SOCSO, EIS, EPF/Insurance & Pension) etc)
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor
  • Prepare and submission of local tax

FP&A
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Support country manager with ad-hoc business analysis
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Office Admin
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, company assets and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Job Requirements

What we're looking for
  • 2-3 years experience in a Office Admin/Finance Admin Role
  • Good command of English
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Good understanding of HR processes and is familiar with Malaysia employment rules and regulations, experience with payroll processing
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, like Xero is a plus
  • Meticulous, organised and detail oriented
  • Open-minded, eager to learn and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills and SQL skills desirable
  • Honest and high level of integrity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the job requires you to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in Malaysia and HQ offices
