Job Description

  • Handle clients after sales enquiries by phone and email.
  • Prepare Quotation, Sales Order, D/O & handle and file all the services reports and equipment faulty report.
  • Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee / warranty / emergency cases for all products within Oceanwealth portfolio, whilst maintaining the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customer calls.
  •  Arranging after sales appointments and allocate time for client courtesy visits appropriately to collect feedback from customers.
  • Coordinate technical team’s movement weekly and managing on a daily basis, to ensure that they are fully aware of their daily work schedule and that services are planned cost efficiently in terms of time spent at work and respective expenses.
  • Maintaining a proper after sales department plan for a period of 6 months in advance for the scheduled service and possible emergencies.
  • De-briefing of Service Engineers following the completed services, filling of records or rearranging incomplete items to ensure that all customer records are updated all the time.
  • Ensuring that any outstanding work recorded is completed within as short a period as possible.
  • Reporting Non-Conformance work, arranging solution, ensuring completion and record and implement long-term solution to minimize re-occurrence.
  • Handle equipment faulty report with suppliers and principles.
  • Service & Spare Parts – Calculating and recording of quotations plus following through to completion whilst at all times ensuring that all transactions are logged, fully transparent and subject to the companies policy.
  • Able to deal with pressure, attention to detail, team player, flexible, able to travel
  • Motivated to be successful.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required Language(s) : English/Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably Junior or Senior Executive specialized in After Sales and Service or equivalent.
  • Both experienced and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Applications must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel outstation occasionally and be on duty during certain weekends.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Software (i.e. Word , Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
