About The Job

Our Admin needs to project a professional company image by providing the best Customer experience through phone interaction, emails, live chat and social media engagements with Customers. 

  • Act as the point of contact between the company, agents and customers.
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • To draft letters, memos, agendas, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Take meeting minutes and note as needed.
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports. 
  • To maintain a proper filing system for both paper and electronic records, attending to mail and courier services.
  • To maintain daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain master corporate calendar of all conferences, events, holidays, and vacations.
  • Make travel arrangements such as arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed or requested by General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. MUST BE proficient in English and Mandarin. 
  • Mandarin proficiency in business writing is highly required. 
  • Experienced within customer service industry.
  • Able to prioritize daily workload and discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Must have pleasant personality, presentable, professional, have good planning and time management skills, excellent work attitude, quick thinker, proactive, able to multitask and detailed oriented.
  • Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable in Social Media and IT.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Corporate Studies.
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in Admin / Secretarial / Personal Assistant or any equivalent field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience/knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medical / Accounting skill will have an added advantage
