Job Description

• Manage design concept, layouts and material selection.
• Handling all design related scope including design, space planning, detailing and constructive drawing.
• Manage design briefs within the constraints of cost and time.
• Assist project team in ensuring target are met, get involved where required and monitor deliverables thru regular meetings with director and project team.
• Ensure the project to be completed within the budget, cost and stipulated time frame with good work quality.
• Coordinate submission of documents to relevant authorities.
• Review the drawings and coordinate with project team and all information that relates.
• To resolve all design technical issue for Project team. 
• To ensure all necessary communication flow within the necessary external and internal parties.
• To work closely with project team, suppliers, sub-contractors during construction / implementation phase.
• To assist Managing Director in business development and marketing matters
• To assist Marketing department to manage social media matters
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by director.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design.
• Proficient Computer Skill(s): 3D max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in designing Restaurant/ Commercial Outlets/ Commercial is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese.
• Proactive attitude, Strong Problem Solving & Communication skills
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to handle not only designing but other works
• Committed with high passion in Interior Design.
