Filter Resumes / hiring related stuffs
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company

Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Admin/Management specializing in Human Resources Management
Have basic knowledge with Malaysian Labor law and Industrial Relations
1-2 years of working experience in a smiliar capacity
Meticulous, detailed oriented and organized person
Solid communication skills, ability to converse and write in Chinese/Mandarin is an added advantage
