Job Description

At Nuline Products we love babies! We are the exclusive distributor for premium international baby products such as MAM Baby or Biconi and we are currently aggressively increasing our brand portfolio in Asia. Our small, but powerful team of highly motivated people has an international background and a true ‘can-do’ attitude.

We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful eCommerce Executive to join our team. This role will report directly to the newly appointed eCommerce Manager and will have close relations with our Marketing and Fulfilment teams.

In this role you will independently drive eCommerce activities for our own webshops as well as our marketplace stores on Lazada and Shopee. Your main responsibilities will be to increase online sales for our brands, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and represent our brands – together with our team of brand ambassadors – in frequent live shows.

If you are an entrepreneurial and hands-on eCommerce expert, love babies as much as we do, and on top you are bringing ideas on how to accelerate our eCommerce presence and sales, we would love to meet with you!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement eCommerce strategy
Ownership and management of the brand on all eCommerce platforms – including product reviews, product and creative content
Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels
Working cross-functionally across the business to drive continual improvements in AOV, conversion and CLV
Manage and drive live streaming events (incl. pre-event planning, execution and post-event follow-up)
Analyze web traffic metrics, customer and product trends to identify new opportunities for sales and profitability
Enhance appearance and functionality of our webshop and platform shops
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints
Analyze store performance, define and implement improvements
Identify and implement new eCommerce trends and best practices

Job Requirements

Previous working experience in eCommerce for 3-5 years
Excellent understanding of eCommerce practices and platforms
Working experience and excellent understanding with eCommerce marketplace platforms Lazada and Shopee
Outgoing personality who enjoys to be in the spotlight
Working experience with Woo Commerce and associated applications
Excellent written and spoken command of the English language; knowledge of Chinese and Malay is an advantage
Skilled in website maintenance, experience in web design and creative content production
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and other visual design tools
A sincere and contagious passion for building the brand - smart, creative, compelling, driven
Not afraid to lead others past their comfort zone
Experience in baby industry is an advantage
