Job Description

At Nuline Products we love babies! We are the exclusive distributor for premium international baby products such as MAM Baby or Biconi and we are currently aggressively increasing our brand portfolio in Asia. Our small, but powerful team of highly motivated people has an international background and a true ‘can-do’ attitude.

We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful eCommerce specialist to join our team. This will be a new role in Nuline Products and you will report directly to the General Manager with close relations with our Marketing and Fulfilment teams.

In this role you will independently drive eCommerce activities including our own webshops as well as our marketplace stores on Lazada and Shopee. Your main responsibilities will be to increase online sales for our brands and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

If you are an entrepreneurial and hands-on eCommerce expert, love babies as much as we do, and on top you are bringing ideas on how to accelerate our eCommerce presence and sales, we would love to meet with you!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement eCommerce strategy
Manage eCommerce operations of our own webshop and marketplace platforms
Enhance appearance and functionality of our webshop and platform shops
Set up and maintain loyalty programme
Plan and execute campaigns
Monitor shipments and service level achievement
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints
Analyze store performance, define and implement improvements
Identify and implement new eCommerce trends and best practices

Job Requirements

Previous working experience in eCommerce for 3-5 years
Excellent understanding of eCommerce practices and platforms
Working experience with eCommerce platforms Lazada and Shopee
Working experience with Woo Commerce and associated applications
Skilled in website maintenance
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
Experience in baby industry is an advantage
Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese and Malay is an advantage
