At Nuline Products we love babies! We are the exclusive distributor for premium international baby products such as MAM Baby or Biconi and we are currently aggressively increasing our brand portfolio in Asia. Our small, but powerful team of highly motivated people has an international background and a true ‘can-do’ attitude.

To strengthen our Marketing & Communications team, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Marketing and Communications Senior Executive to join our team. This will be a new role in Nuline Products and you will report directly to the General Manager with close working relationship with our Head of Marketing and Head of Business Development.

In this role you will develop and execute our brands’ digital marketing strategies. You will create and deliver innovative ideas for our branding and social media campaigns and you will also interact directly with our customers through various channels.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy

Develop the overall digital marketing strategies for our brands
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Keep up with social media trends in the industry to improve social media presence and campaign effectiveness
Drive strategic projects related to marketing, branding, and communications

Content creation

Create engaging and informative marketing materials
Develop content and coordinate content creation of contributors (copywriters, designers, etc.) for website, blog postings and newsletters
Develop, publish and promote engaging texts, photos, and videos for daily social media postings and engage followers in conversations

Communication with customers, influencers and media

Respond to customer chat messages, requests and comments and establish a good relationship with customers
Initiate, monitor and execute collaboration with social media influencers
Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews
Plan events and seminars

Analyze and improve performance

Analyse effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and deliver actionable improvement recommendations
Coordinate with marketing and advertising experts to improve results

Website content creation, maintenance and improvement

Manage and optimize content for website
Track and analyse website traffic flow
Continually work on Search Engine Optimization

Job Requirements

Previous working experience in digital marketing for 3-5 years
Excellent portfolio with proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
Photo and video-editing skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or similar relevant field
Experience in baby industry is an advantage
Fluent in English, Chinese, Malay
