Job Description
For this role, you are expected to assist and execute productions together with the team of producers within the team. As a Production Assistant, the job scope includes:
Responsibilities:
- Understanding RTV’s creative offerings and products such as videos and platform management to better strategize and understand the planning involved.
- Executing signed campaigns in a timely manner while ensuring high quality output.
- Liaising with and coordinating the producer team for the execution of campaigns.
- Liaising with relevant partners and vendors where necessary to ensure execution of campaigns.
- Liaising with the finance team for payment matters with the vendors.
- On-ground, detailed preparation of any production work or works related to RTV’s suite of services.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Min 1year of work experience is preferred.
- Possess logistical planning, scheduling and analytical skills to execution Pre to Post Production works.
- While self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently, candidates are expected to be a good team player, dynamic, and have passion for the industry.
- Must have some understanding of production work, lingos and terms.
- The work may stretch for periods after work hours so candidates are advised to be flexible and prepared for such times.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
