Job Description

1. Proactively source for social media influencers and online celebrities for Brand campaigns. Having knowledge of who's who in the social media influencer world would be an added advantage.    
2. Secure the influencers for the Brand campaigns by negotiating a win-win best rates from them. 
3. Ensure campaigns with the influencers are executed flawlessly as per what was agreed with Brand clients. 
4. When there are event coverage or videos shoots involving infuencers, you are required to be with them to ensure they know what is expected of them during the assignment. 
5. When required, assist the Operations team to prepare post-campaign reports and attend Client's post-mortem meetings. 
6. Maintain good relationship with Nuffnang's bloggers and influencers by attending to their referrals (potential deals which are presented to them by Brand clients) 

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a “A” level/ pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field 
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply 
• Talent (Celebrity) Management experience is a plus 
• Must be able to write and converse fluently in English 
• Articulate, with good communication and presentation skills 
• Self- motivated, target driven and able to work independently 
• Must be active on social media platforms 
• Must be well aware of tech/ social media news 
• Good team player with a proactive attitude 
• Must be willing to work after standard working hours and on weekends when occasional events/ activities are being held 
• Must be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur
