About The Job

For this role, you are expected to educate and provide relevant social media content and creative solutions to such marketers. As a Creative Sales Executive, the job responsibilities includes:

  • Understanding RTV’s creative offerings and products such as videos, platform management and design services, and pitch them to clients.
  • Meeting and building rapport with potential and recurrent clients.
  • Liaising with and coordinating the creative team for advertising campaigns.
  • Liaising with relevant partners and vendors where necessary.
  • Pitching and preparing creative proposals and presentations with the creative team for exciting campaigns.
  • Researching and preparing case studies for clients and campaigns in pre and post campaigns.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee the execution of your social media advertising campaigns.
  • Attending to clients' needs on social media campaigns.
  • Seek creative ways by researching and networking to bring in digital advertising revenue for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Min 1 year of work experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to write and converse fluently in English and Malay. Fluency in other languages is a bonus.
  • Articulate with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess analytical skills to analyse data and distill insights for pitches and post campaigns.
  • While self-motivated, target driven and able to work independently, candidates are expected to be a good team player, dynamic, bubbly and have passion for the industry.
  •  Must have some knowledge in Social Media whether in creative or performance aspect of the industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
