Job Description

1. Be on the front line of a video production and work closely with RTV creative producer as well as our collaborators to realise the creative concepts. 
2. Work with the creative producer to select and engage the best vendors/collaborators for projects.
3. Understand, negotiate and manage the production budget with all key personnel/vendors/suppliers. 
4. Schedule shoot dates and locations with all parties involved in the production. 
5. Schedule, attend and manage with key partners on pre production details, meetings, and post production previews.
6. Facilitate location scouting, transportation, wardrobe and props, travel, safety and risk management, and contracting of legal permissions and agreements.
7. Schedule and manage social media posting for brands on multiple digital platforms according to content plan. 

Job Requirements

1. Understanding what a video production needs and facilitating execution on video projects.
2. Communicating well with RTV creative producer and collaborators to manage and execute a project with a set of allocated budget. 
3. Monitoring, managing and executing projects from pre to post production within a stipulated timeline. 
4. Working with teams of all sizes as production scales are different from project to project.
5. Organizing and ensuring all committed social media posting goes live as scheduled.
