Job Description
- Prepare payment for walk in clients, suppliers, buyback and other urgent supplier
- Assist in preparing and updating monthly overhead expenses
- Assist in analyzing sales reports
- Daily key in sales purchase and other entry data
- Daily key in and updating all in and out transaction
- Assist in identifying non sales items, monthly sales and sales which is not on Magento system
- Update payment to cash book and also Magento system
- Reconcile bank statement and cash book
- Check and make payment for credit card
- Assist in transferring salary and overtime pay to employees
- Prepare staff claim
- Create related form when needed
- Perform daily filing and documentation
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel
- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
