Job Description

  • You will be assisting the account manager in accounting and administration works.
  • Prepare full set accounts
  • Perform accurate data entry into accounting software
  • Liaise with clients to collate the required information
  • Assist in preparation of bank reconciliation and financial report
  • Assist in documentation and filing of accounting documents
  • Assist in preparation and filing of GST/SST
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

  • SPM and LCCI qualification.
  • Experience with basic accounting works.
  • Candidate possess Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • 1 year working experience in accounting industry will be an added advantage
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience in Xero, SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
