Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
  Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates. 
  Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
  Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards. 
  Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability. 
  Maintain the outlet facilities making sure it is clean and safe. 
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes. 
  Interview and hire associates for outlet operations. 
  Schedule orientations and job training to outlet associates. 
  Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner. 
  Organize special events and entertainment to attract more customers. 
  Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals. 
  Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports.

Job Requirements

1. Just to inform you that we are currently operating under a non-halal restaurant. 
2. Proven work experience as a server, floor staff member
3. Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
4. Customer-oriented and planning skills
5. Working knowledge of cash register and any ordering information system
6. Outstanding people skills
7. Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
8. Good physical condition
9. High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus
