About The Job

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition 
  • Build contact with potential clients through various channels including in-person meeting, offline events etc.
  • Make cold calls for potential new business lead to build and set up a good rapport.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of clients, submission of tenders etc.
  • Prepare proposals and pitches for potential new projects to attract new clients. (direct-sales) 
  • Conduct research on organization and individual (online) to identify the new market leads.

Relationship Management 
  • Serve as center point-of-contact and communication between clients and Ninja Van. 
  • Liaise with multiple of internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end ordering process for clients.
  • Manage client key account.
  • Support team in managing day-to-day communication with key clients. 
  • Create informative presentations and deliver to potential clients (direct-sales).

Operational Solutions 
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
  • Obtain regular feedback from clients to guide pricing, sourcing decision etc.
  • Keep management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • In driving new initiatives, process flows must be designed together with ops teams
  • Cost saving initiatives to be identified, if there are opportunities with current clients 

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, across a range of scenarios and circumstances
  • Ability to work cohesively as a team and individually with various department.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Able to meet weekly targets
  • Candidate must possess at least at least Diploma in any field. Fresh graduate and candidate with 1 or 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must).
  • Willing to work in Subang Jaya and possess own transportation.
