Responsibilities
- Seek New Sales Opportunities
- Analyse market needs through market research and conduct lead generation to build pipeline of prospective e-commerce sellers.
- Carry out targeted conversations with leads through various channels, via phone calls, in-person meetings and offline events and secure potential new customers.
- Develop strong understanding of consumer trends and preferences within focus verticals.

- Manage Client Relationships
- Maintain and develop relationships with prospects for successful conversion
- Serve as primary point-of-contact between clients and Ninja Van.
- Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Successfully partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end ordering process for clients.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact between clients and Ninja Van.
- Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Successfully partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end ordering process for clients.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development role.
- Prior exposure in e-commerce, fmcg, fashion industry is advantageous.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently to achieve defined targets.
- Persuasive and possesses strong negotiation skills to close sales.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Degree/ Diploma in any field.
