About The Job

Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Independently engaged with clients that using Ninjavan services/platform
  • Respond to shippers queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat or face to face.
  • Identify shippers needs and help them use specific features (if any)
  • Analyze and report service malfunctions
  • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with shippers
  • Monitor shippers complaints on system log and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform shippers about new features and issues are resolved
  • Gather shippers feedback and share with our Sales, Key Account Manager & Management
  • Pro-actively propose structural changes or new solutions to streamline existing processes to increase operation efficiency & client's retention .
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, across different geographies, throughout the onboarding, shipping and delivery cycle.
  • Assist superior in any ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Executive, Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa. Additional languages such as Mandarin will be advantageous.
  • Strong Excel/data analysis and management skills - ideal candidate will be able to showcase demonstrated competence in this area with structured thinking
  • Able to work independently, and is a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of job ownership
  • Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics.
  • Able to multi-task and is results-driven.
  • Flexible with working hours to meet deadlines for tasks, projects & client inquiry.
  • High conscientiousness, client-centricity, and good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates with good academic results and co-curricular record welcomed
  • Previous experience in logistics or 3PL management or similar activities advantageous
  • Possess own transport / willing to travel.
