Job Description

Client Acquisition 
  • Lead generation and qualification 
  • Prospect and convert leads through various channels, including over the phone, in-person meetings and offline events 
  • Liaise with external partners such as creative agencies and key opinion leaders to generate platform and brand awareness 

Relationship Management 
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact between clients and Ninja Van 
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end ordering process for clients 
  • Manage relationships and explore new partnerships and revenue opportunities 
  • Provide analysis on client sales data, including sales trends 
  • Support team in managing day-to-day communication with key partners 

Category Management 

  • Develop strong understanding of consumer trends and preferences within focus verticals 
  • Obtain regular feedback from clients to guide pricing, procurement and sourcing decisions 



Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, fast fashion industry advantageous 
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and maintaining strong client relationships 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines 
  • Candidate must possess at least at least Diploma in any field. 
  • Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
