Job Description

• Manage the upload of all new products, images and descriptions to e-Commerce marketplaces and social media
• Process sales order and work closely with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations of online store, including accurate and timely order fulfilment and logistic arrangement
• Drive revenue growth by increasing online traffic and brand awareness
• Monitor closely on inventory levels
• Manage customer queries promptly and diplomatically, monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for assigned e-Commerce marketplace 
• Create and maintain website content and ensure all pages, product and pricing on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading plans and terms at all times
• Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices, acquire insight and strategies in online marketing trends.
• Continuous improvements to enhance users' shopping experience
• Execute promotional and advertising campaigns (digital, offline, social media and partnership activations)

Job Requirements

• Possess a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Commerce or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in e-Commerce
• Require good PR and customer service skills
• Incredibly organized with good time management skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Require lots of creativity, energy and enthusiasm
• Copywriting & Content creation experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Basic technical knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
