Job Description

Customer Service Associate (Mandarin) (voice and email support)

Role purpose:
  • Responsible for daily handling of all inbound calls in the call centre.
  • Reading, learning and equipping with information to support the call operations.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve problems/issues
  • Meeting kpis set by the call centre management.
  • Manage the cmp.
  • Adherence to call centre quality assurance standards.
  • Timely reporting and analysis updates on the call centre (cc) operations.
  • Attend regular customer service training/telephone etiquettes/briefings.
  • Team work within the cc work environment and liaison work with other divisions in the company.
  • Roster to handle the bec tours, service desk, receptionist.
  • Assisting the order processing as and when required.
  • Ensuring adherence to duty roster.
  • Work with other divisions on updates of events, product launches, etc.
  • Participate in company sponsored events.

Job Requirements

Requirements :
  • B1/2 English, at least Diploma graduate
  • 1 year Customer Service experience needed!!
  • Language : Speaking, Written and Reading Mandarin and English
  • Place: Petaling Jaya
  • Working hours: Day shift 10am-7pm or 9am-6pm
