Job Description

  • Providing solutions to the incoming customer queries by telephone, e-mail and chat.
  • Accountable for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, & working to establish a positive relationship with them.
  • Sometimes required to use some level of judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process, and escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
  • Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.
  • Understand client policies and guidelines.
  • Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.
  • Ability to perform different tasks at once.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelors degree in any field
  • Must be fluent in Korean and English - Read, Write, Speak
  • Open for Local Malaysians and Native Korean Speakers
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Must be willing to work in KL Sentral
  • Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule
  • Native applicants must be currently in Malaysia
  • CAN START ASAP
