Job Description
- Assist in develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company's objectives
- Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends
- Assist to plan, organise and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotion activities
- Liasise relevant authorities and ensure APDL is active and monitor regularly
- Maintain good rapport with current and new customers, as well as real estate agencies
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a recognised diploma/ degree in marketing or art/design or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in related fields, preferably in property development industry
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Conversant in mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Hands on experience in sales of residential and commercial properties
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact at all level of the organization
- Well-versed with IFCA /MHUB will be an added advantage.
- Skills in creative art work: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect etc would be an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel and work at Denai Alam, Selangor / Kuala Lumpur.
