• Promoting sales, servicing existing clients, and establishing new accounts.
• Cold calling potential clients.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
• Resolves customer complaints and queries
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu. 
2. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
3. Goal and results-driven, with exceptional customer service qualities.
4. Dynamic, high-impact individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Exceptional selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills.
6. Motivation skills and a positive attitude
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
