Job Description
- Manage a team of 50 headcounts warehouse in meeting the assigned KPI.
- Ensure the implementation of the approved SOP’s within the approved budget of resources allocated.
- Monitor and coach the performance of warehouse employees in relations to their work performance.
- Safeguard warehouse operation by establishing and enforcing
- Control inventory by conducting physical stock count and reconciliation.
- Work closely with respective business units to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in warehouse management and in managing a team.
- Proficient in SAGE accounting system, ERP system, WMS and Microsoft office system will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess proven leadership quality, good supervision skills, able to lead and manage effectively a team from multi-cultural background.
- Good planning ability and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
