Job Description

Event Operations is an essential role which entails managing different stakeholders and coordinating events, suppliers and participants to deliver quality experience!

These are some of the things you will have a hand in but not limited to:

• You will be involved in all stages of the event; from planning, execution and post event stage
• You would also be assisting and providing support to the daily tasks of the organisation
• Actively contribute to discussions regarding the operations of the organisation
• Tasks would be varied from planning, management, research, meetings, responding to customer's enquiries, etc. 

Job Requirements

Interested in event management and enjoy managing different people and tasks to ensure that the event is successful and a memorable one!

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident in using technology

• Detail-oriented
• Good time management
• Event/program management experience

You will be guided by the program manager to understand what it takes to be in this role and to get right into your daily tasks that you will perform.
