Job Description

• To support sales activities through quotations, tenders, managing payment platforms, handling of enquiries from various sources including managing customers’ orders till delivery. 
• Prepare and providing Agent performance and KPI report to management.  
• Liaising with Finance department to produce invoices as well as follow up with collection payment from Merchant or Agent, agent’s commission and incentive payment for agents.  
• Manage deployment & installation packaging activities.  Co-ordinate and communicate with external on-site teams to install wired or wireless payment terminals or mobile payment (Gempay Wallet) at merchants’ premises and provide corresponding training to merchants.
• Verify and validate authenticity of information in Gempay Wallet, Gempay mPOS and Gempay 360° product/ service application form and supporting documents provided by prospective merchant applicants.
• Digitalise all documentation for archiving and confirm independent verification of information provided with Credit Tip-Off Service (CTOS), SSM and other references like Central Credit Reference Information (CCRIS) when needed.
• Follow up with collection payment from Agent or Merchant. 
• Submit application and relevant supporting documentation for approval to Gempay Sales Management Team.
