Job Description

• To check, monitor and assist on daily air operations, compiling data and documents for submission.
• Meeting customer requirements and instruction for matters related to any particular task.
• Attend to inquiries from customer and other parties.
• Interface with accounts for customer for smooth receivable and payable transaction flow.
• Daily arrangement and liaise with customer for Air & Trucking.
• Provide arrangement with all related respective parties for coordination and planning of shipment.
• Perform checking of shipment as per SOP’s.
• Adheres to the Company’s Compliance & Corporate Policies & procedures.
• Report to Operations Manager, Key Account and Manager.
• Keep an active communication between the team.

Job Requirements

• · Candidate must have a minimum of at least SPM and or Diploma in the relevant industry.
• · At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• · Strong industry knowledge.
• · Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• · Teamwork.
• · Well-presented, polite and tactful.
• · Excellent documentation.
• · Communication skills. 
• · Candidate with experience in handling full arrangement of Airfreight will have added advantage.
