Job Description

• Management Associates will undergo a comprehensive training program, under the direction of experienced senior management, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
• Managenent Associates will be required to undergo on the job training to learn and perform functional duties in business areas such as: Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing, Operations and Risk Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Fraud Assessment, Product Management, as well as Human Resource Management.
• There will be performance goals set for the Management Associates and will be mentored by Senior Managers. The excellent performance Associates will be further mentored to assume a role that will best fit the Associates’s personal strengths and provide the best prospect for a managerial career advancement.

Job Requirements

• Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.4 in IT field, Business, Marketing, HR or Accounting undergraduate or postgraduate program from reputable institution of higher learning are encouraged to apply.
• Possess strong desire for professional development and willingness to learn.
• A team player who is quality driven and customer focused.
• Possess strong interest in the internet and e-Commerce is a must.
• Keen in business sense with multi-faceted skill sets and some exposure to leadership positions.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory due to the nature of our business.
• Must be willing to be based in Manila, Philippines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
