Job Description
Develop, coordinate and implement strategic business plan that focus on new business development and which are aligned with the intended/forecasted business results.
Issue Quotation to clients.
Conducting market research for new clients.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new clients or existing clients in person and via telephone calls and email.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Maintaining and updating client database.
Submit weekly sales report to superior in every two (2) weeks.
Respond any complaints or enquiries promptly.
Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.
Conducting and developing marketing plan and strategies.
*** Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as and when needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in business development, sales and marketing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in a Chinese dialect, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, persistent and sales-oriented to achieve targets.
- Aggressive, driven, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Hardworking, positive-minded and highly committed to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with superior and other teams.
- Willing to learn and work hard to achieve the company’s objectives.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
