Job Description

• Overall supervision of Finance, Accounts, Administration and Payroll.
• Managing and preparing full set accounts in accordance to statutory and company requirements. 
• Oversee and prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for yearly submissions
• Managing and monitoring of inventory, office equipment, company assets record and database.
• Prepare payroll and manage employee files and records. 
• Liaise with Bankers, Secretary, Lawyers and relevant authorities in respect to the corporate related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field in Executive level.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Mature personality, reliable, possess self-initiative and detail-oriented.
