Job Description

• Coordinating the sales and marketing team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Handle and channel the processing of sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Process resellers on boarding and credit applications and ensure accurate database in CRM system
• Posting of individual sales team members daily activity report
• Compiling weekly sales call report, sales meeting notes, sales scoreboard, and Proposal pipeline
• Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
• Assist in marketing reports preparation by collecting and summarising sales data

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Outlook, Web Browsing, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
