About The Job

Our inside sales team drives our company to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for bettering our product and service. As an inside sales representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. You will be fully equipped with the utmost voice and video contact solutions.

Here's your tasks;
  • Developing and accomplishing a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
  • Responsible for new account development, hone your selling skill speaking to key decision makers.
  • Evaluate client requirements and providing solutions.
  • Organise, plan and proper scheduling of sales activities.
  • Execute marketing activities in promotion.
  • Follow up with prospects on regular/scheduled basis to secure deals soonest.
  • Listen and probe prospect needs and budget before suggesting suitable product or package.
  • Familiar yourself with the CRM system and use it well to prospect for new clients.
  • Provide activity summary report at and of every working day to team lead
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing set targets.
  • Ability to achieve sales target set by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
  • Strong persuasiveness skill, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed.
  • Able to speak fluent and write in English, Malay and Mandarin (ability to speak in Mandarin will be great but not compulsory)
  • Packages: Basic salary + incentives
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. However, 2 years of working experience in the related sales field will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work during weekends and public holidays for road shows and exhibitions if any.
  • Full-Time positions available.
