Job Description
- Obtains customer information by making outbound telephone calls; interviewing and verifying the information.
- Sending campaign information to the customer, gather feedback and update system.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Accomplishes project mission by completing daily and weekly targets.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM with good spoken and written Chinese Language (Mandarin).
- English & Malay speakers are welcomed to apply.
- Responsible and Disciplined working within procedures while being Attentive to Detail
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
