Job Description

  • Obtains customer information by making outbound telephone calls; interviewing and verifying the information.
  • Sending campaign information to the customer, gather feedback and update system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Accomplishes project mission by completing daily and weekly targets.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM with good spoken and written Chinese Language (Mandarin).
  • English & Malay speakers are welcomed to apply.
  • Responsible and Disciplined working within procedures while being Attentive to Detail
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
