Job Description

• Obtains customer information by making inbound & outbound telephone calls; interviewing and verifying the information.
• Record all interactions into the required database.
• Sending campaign information to the customer, gather feedback, and update into CRM system.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved solutions.
• Accomplishes project mission by completing daily and weekly targets.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
• Good verbal communication; mainly through telephone and listening skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and Malay.
• Good written skills to succinctly, accurately, and objectively respond to customer queries via email
• Priorities are given to candidates who are immediately available/ able to start with short notice.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
