Job Description

• Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware.
• Analyse network performance and find ways of improvement.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Follow-up and update customer status and information

Job Requirements

• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
• CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
• Preferable Chinese or Indian
