Job Description

• You will be in the boutique to set up and contribute to the maintenance of the boutique appearance ensuring that it is well-ordered with correct equipment and properly presented. 
• This includes filling the display cubicles with capsules, machines and accessories on a daily basis. 
• You will also be providing customer care by welcoming the Boutique clientele and identifying their needs that results in the maximization of the sales of all the Nespresso products presented in the Boutique such as coffee, machines and accessories. 
• Concurrently, you will be actively managing accurate customer database daily and consistently updating customer records. 
• You are also expected to deliver Boutique operations excellence by carrying sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique to achieve individual and boutique targets. 
• For customers that are making their first purchase, you will be assisting in opening their account, present the Boutique and Club services, and assisting them in their selection during their first purchase.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM Qualifications with 3 to 4 years of professional experience in direct customer sales on top of the line products & services. 
2. At least 2 years of specialized training in customer relations & sales will be great! 
3. You must be willing to work with challenging hours: evening shifts, Saturday or Sunday shifts. 
4. Good in oral communication for each type of customer (open minded, listening, understanding of the customer’s needs and capture customer’s interest)
