About The Job

  • You will be enhancing brand marketing through active planning and implementation of initiatives to grow market share and category for the assigned category portfolio.
  • You will choose target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, and understands target consumer perceived values of brands.
  • You will understand shopping behaviors and motivations of target consumers, help design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers.
  • You will develop brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years’ of brand marketing experience.
  • Experience in products launches in FMCG industry would be preferred.
  • Experience managing premium brands would be an added advantage.
