Job Description

• To responsible for overall marketing and promotional activities;
• To develop a strong network of authorities, developer, contractors and consultant contacts;
• To promote and market the company’s proprietary in Post Tensioning works which is Cost Effective and Practical Prestressing Design Solutions system to authorities, developer, consultants and contractors;
• To get sales lead, perform, promote  and present our proprietary Post Tensioning works and Practical Prestressing Design Solutions system to potential clients;
• To understand the requirements of the business with regard to the quality and timing of opportunities implement sales strategies;
• To familiarize with the market conditions so that a competitor analysis can be carried out in order to help formulate effective marketing and strategic plan; 

Job Requirements

• A Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred or Diploma holders in technical experience are welcome to apply;
• Experience in the construction projects; - 

• Candidates with a technical/construction background looking to move into Sales and Marketing or those with some experience/qualifications in Sales and Marketing who are keen to work in construction;
• Candidates with experience in sales and specification works for Post Tensioning and Prestressing Design products would have a strong distinct advantage;
• Candidates with a strong, proven network of potential customers are viewed to have an important asset;
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Hardworking, a team player, able to work under pressure, dynamic and results oriented;
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Willing to travel locally and abroad for business trip.
