Job Description

• Reporting to Site Manager/Engineer;
• To supervise projects and coordinate the materials requirements in accordance to construction schedule;
• To supervise construction of beam casting in accordance to construct schedule;
• To supervise the materials delivery and safe keeping at the site;
• To supervise and safe keeping of equipment and machinery at site;
• To supervise and ensure the highest standard of quality is quality of works conforms to the specifications;
• To train and supervise the workers a site;
• To Provide supervision and assistance to bridge construction to ensure the highest standard of quality is maintained;
• To supervise on the daily operation of the project;
• Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the superior, such duties are not necessarily limited the above title and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; 
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in supervising the bridge construction works:
•  Experienced in post tensioning works and beam casting will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player; 
• Able to work under pressure with tough environment, have a tough personality, dynamic and results oriented; 
• Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills; 
• A person with integrity who will uphold the company values and carry out his job with honesty; 
• Possesses own transport (Motorcycle-Site Supervisor).
• Willing to work extra hours (night shift for launching) and on weekends/Public Holiday; 
• Candidate with Mandarin language fluency will be an advantage;
• Willing to travel (outstation) and reallocate.
