Job Description

1. To co-ordinate site works and constructions of Prestressing projects in accordance to construction schedule;
2. To provide technical assistance to contractors for the installation and construction of any Prestressing projects;
3. To plan and monitor resources and job at sites of any Prestressing projects;
4. To ensure that the highest standard of quality is maintained and quality of work  confirms to the specifications;
5. To control manpower and wastages of material of the Prestressing Projects;
6. To attend site meeting and technical meeting with contractors and consultant at site or office;
7. Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the manager, such duties are not necessarily limited the above title and responsibilities.

1. Preparation of preliminary design proposals and drawing;
2. To carry out design calculation for post-tensioning system;
3. To carry quantity taking off and prepare quotation;
4. To assist in project coordination, supervision, promotion and marketing of computer products, delivery of materials and constructions of our proprietary systems;
5. To assists in the design and marketing of NPT systems;

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project / Building Construction Management;
• Minimum CGPA is 2nd Upper Class:
• Has experienced in Post Tensioning/Prestressing Work are an added advantage;
• At least min 3-5 years working experience;
• Have strong Leadership Skill are added advantages;
• Able to speak in Mandarin also are added advantages;
• Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills;
• A team player, able to work under pressure, independently with minimum supervision, dynamic and results oriented;
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel (Outstation)
• Able to re-allocate;
• A person with integrity who will uphold the companies values and carry out his job with honesty;
• Excellent career advancement.
