Job Description
We would like to invite the qualified candidates to apply for the position under the AIA ELITE PROGRAM – (Fast Track Elite Manager Program – promotion to Unit Manager in less than 24 months)

Job Descriptions:
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, referrals, Google ads, FB ads etc.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with the existing or potential customers.
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
- Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field of study.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communications, Interpersonal Skills, Digital Marketing
- Preferably Senior/Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, Banking) or equivalent.
